i stayed 3 nights there i was fabolous hotel but some of the female who work at the front desk they werent friendly at all i asked them to call a taxi for me i have to doit my self she send me to the computer hotel to find out the taxis company number plus i want to stay one more night they didnt do it i have to do by myself it was awfull no cortesy at at all ontario is a small city needs tourist as my self to continue bussines u should advice them to be more polite thank you 2011-02-23 - hotels.com
